As of January 2026, we no longer accept HMO plans, Ambetter Peach State, Oscar, Amerigroup, CareSource, Alliant, Devoted Health, Curative, CareFirst BlueCross Blue Shield, or Medicaid.

For patients without insurance, we offer self-pay rates of $151. We accept cash or American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards.
Payment plans and pay-over-time financing options are available. We currently offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment plans, as well as Sunbit. Contact our front desk staff at (770) 607-9032 for more information.
Additionally, Testosterone and B12 Injections may require a $10 copayment depending on your insurance coverage. For specific pricing regarding injections, procedures, labs, and visits, please get in touch with our office.
