While we do offer miscellaneous services not listed on this page, if there is a service, procedure, or treatment that we do not offer, our providers are more than happy to provide specialist referrals and care coordination.
Acute
Care
We evaluate respiratory issues such as cough, cold, and flu; stomach and digestive problems; skin concerns and rashes; urinary symptoms; and a wide range of common infections. We also treat minor or mild injuries, including sprains, cuts, and other non‑emergency concerns.
Chronic Condition Care
We offer ongoing support for long‑term health conditions to help you stay well and prevent complications. We manage diabetes, including medication review and lifestyle guidance; hypertension, with regular blood pressure monitoring and treatment adjustments; high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia), focusing on cardiovascular risk reduction; and hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, including evaluation of symptoms and lab‑based monitoring. Care plans are personalized to your needs, and we work with you over time to keep your health on track.
Diagnostics and
Imaging
We offer on‑site diagnostics and imaging to help evaluate symptoms quickly and guide your care. Services include blood work, lab testing, electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), and X‑rays. Results are reviewed with you so you understand what they mean and what comes next.
Pediatric Care
We care for children of all ages with a focus on growth, development, and preventive health. Services include well‑child visits, vaccinations, developmental screenings, and completion of school and sports forms. Our goal is to support your child’s health at every stage.
Women's Health
We provide comprehensive women’s health services, including birth control, IUD insertion and removal, menopause management, breast health evaluation, and age‑management care. Care is personalized to your stage of life and focused on comfort, clarity, and prevention.
Aesthetics
In addition to our primary care practice, we offer a variety of cosmetic and wellness services to help you look and feel your best through Spencer Aesthetics—conveniently located in the same office. Spencer Aesthetics features treatments and services such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Loss, Injectables, Laser, Vaginal Rejuvenation, Stem Cell Therapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Hair Restoration, and more.
cONCIERGE
mEDICINE
Concierge medicine is a healthcare model where patients pay a direct membership fee to their primary care doctor in exchange for enhanced, personalized access and care. Our concierge model has limited memberships available, and once our panel has reached maximum occupancy, we will have a waitlist. Non-members can schedule concierge visits for $600 per appointment. Note: At this time, due to our high patient volume, concierge appointments will be scheduled at a minimum of seven to fourteen days.
Men's Health
Our men’s health services address both preventive needs and common concerns. We offer testosterone evaluation, prostate health screening, erectile dysfunction evaluation, hair loss evaluation, and age‑management care. Visits are discreet, supportive, and focused on long‑term wellness.
Preventive Care
Preventive visits help you stay healthy, catch issues early, and maintain long‑term wellness. We provide annual wellness exams such as Medicare Wellness Visits, physical exams, sports physicals, and gynecological care—including Pap tests and colposcopy when needed. These visits focus on screening, education, and personalized guidance to support your overall health.
